All Fears watches arrive in a custom wooden box crafted in the UK from English Ash. The box is stained in our own shade of Fears Blue and lined in cream suede – the same colours used for Fears watch boxes in the past.
All watches purchased directly from Fears arrive gift wrapped in our heritage wrapping paper featuring Fears logos from 1846 – 1976. All straps arrive in a Fears Blue paper envelope featuring a silver-foiled Fears logo.
If you’re purchasing a Fears watch for someone else, please let us know so that we can make the paperwork out in their name, including their invitation to join the Fears Owners’ Club.

Looking after your Fears
Your Fears watch is built to last beyond a lifetime. Even so, day-to-day maintenance will help ensure the perfect running of your watch:
1) Avoid knocks and drops, as they will make the movement lose its regulation and cause cosmetic damage
2) Wipe the watch with the supplied cleaning cloth
3) Keep the watch wound even if you’re not wearing it for a while, to ensure that the oils stay fluid
Yes, Fears has a dedicated Service Division that can look after your Fears throughout its life. Please visit the Fears Service Division here.
We recommend a full service every 3-5 years.
Do you offer restoration and repair to older Fears watches?
Yes. Our Fears Heritage Division offers a selection of services that will help you use and enjoy your heritage Fears wrist or pocket watch. Please visit our Heritage Division here.

Watch straps wear differently on everyone, but we expect our straps to last approximately 12 months before they need replacing. If you’d like to replace your strap or purchase an additional colour/material, please select from our range of straps here.
All straps from Fears are fitted with easy-release springbars, which allow them to be removed from and attached to the watch head using no tools. All straps come with instructions explaining the simple procedure.
