Our straps are meticulously handcrafted by a family-run atelier in Belgium specialising in beautiful, premium watch straps.

Leather

Handcrafted from rare, high-quality Barenia calf leather. This superior leather takes its name from the village of Barr in Alsace, from where it originates. Traditionally used for saddles, this smooth calfskin leather requires a complex tanning process, known by only a small number of craftsmen.

First double-tanned in chrome and vegetable dyes, the hides are then soaked in a mix of nine different oils over a six-week process, resulting in its unique texture. Barenia leather is famed for being used by a well-known French luxury leather goods manufacturer in their world-famous handbags.

Colour

Presented in Azzuro Blue, an Italian named vibrant colour that is halfway between blue and cyan, perfect for the summer. The blue has a contrasting platinum stitch that enhances the summery feel of the strap.

Surface Finish

Barenia leather’s surface has a smooth exterior, with just a hint of gloss. Its oil-absorbing tanning process causes it to patina over time, which is a quality that the leather is famous for.

Lining

Lined in our signature Fears Blue Alcantara and embossed with both our logo and ‘Handmade in Belgium’.

Buckle

Fastened with a 16mm stainless steel pin buckle engraved with a Fears logo dating from 1930.

Size

Designed to fit all Fears Redcliff, Brunswick and Archival watches, this strap will also fit any watch with a 20mm lug width.

The strap is available in two sizes:

• Standard fits wrists measuring 178 - 210mm (approx.)
• Shorter fits wrists measuring 164 - 197mm (approx.)

Fit yourself

Featuring Quick-Release spring bars, our straps can be fitted and removed from the watch using no tools. This means you can change it over in a matter of moments with no hassle.
