The structure is extremely complex and consists of 1,742 interconnected elements that have all been printed simultaneously in grade-5 titanium. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThese elements form an entirely continuous and closed-loop that features no pins, screws or traditional assembly methods (even MING's signature buckle is created during this same process) and the only additional components are the quick-release spring bars.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThis would simply not be possible using conventional machining methods, and instead is produced using powder-bed laser sintering - a form of additive manufacturing - in which successive layers of titanium powder are fused together by a laser.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003ePerfect Fit\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eThe result of this unique structure is it behaves differently from either traditional bracelets or straps.
