Fears Service

SKU: FSE-0001

All watches, whether mechanical or battery powered require a service at some point in their life.

Fears recommends a service every 5 to 10 years to ensure the correct running of your watch. Starting from £150, a Fears Service not only ensures your watch is serviced and/or repaired (as required) in the correct manner but also that it receives a History Note for the Fears Watchbook.

  • How the process works

To have a Fears Service performed on your watch please follow the simple steps below:

    1. Firstly, check that your watch needs a service - if it's not running and it is less than 5 years old it may require a battery change, in which case please look at the Fears Battery Change under Service by Fears
    2. If the watch is 5 years + then to get a no obligation, free quote please email us at service@fearswatches.com requesting a quote for service including the model number, serial number, date of purchase (all found on the Watch Identification Card), your name & your address
    3. Fears will send you packaging and instructions on how to send your watch to us (it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the watch is safely recieved by Fears in accordance with these instructions.)
    4. We'll then assess the watch and email you a written quote confirming the work required, its cost and how long it will take
    5. Once payment is recieved and the work is completed the watch is returned to you using Royal Mail's Special Delivery insured service
    6. The watch arrives back with a History Note to be placed in the Fears Watchbook, more information under Service by Fears

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email us at service@fearswatches.com
